Articolul 1
Se aprobă macheta „Solicitare de sume defalcate din taxa pe valoarea adăugată pentru echilibrarea bugetelor locale“, prevăzută în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
În temeiul art. 10 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 34/2009 privind organizarea și funcționarea Ministerului Finanțelor Publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, și al art. 20 alin. (4) din Ordonanța Guvernului nr. 12/2019 cu privire la rectificarea bugetului de stat pe anul 2019,
viceprim-ministrul, interimar, ministrul finanțelor publice, emite următorul ordin:
Se aprobă macheta „Solicitare de sume defalcate din taxa pe valoarea adăugată pentru echilibrarea bugetelor locale“, prevăzută în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
